These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and plusph11 ("plusph11," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the plusph11 online gaming platform available at plusph11.vip and all associated services, products, games, and promotional materials (collectively, the "Services").

Access to and use of the plusph11 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
Age Verification: plusph11 actively verifies the age of all registered players. Providing false information about your age is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law. Minors who gain access to the platform through misrepresentation will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
To access real-money Services on plusph11, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations, plusph11 is obligated to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. plusph11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
plusph11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where: (a) false information has been provided; (b) prohibited conduct has been detected; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; or (d) required verification documents have not been provided within the specified timeframe.
plusph11 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your plusph11 wallet upon confirmation from the respective payment provider.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 via GCash or Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours.
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. plusph11 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that meet Anti-Money Laundering reporting thresholds under Philippine law.
Player funds are held separately from operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. This segregation ensures that your deposited funds are protected and available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

All games available on plusph11 are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained professional dealers under video surveillance. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by plusph11, game providers, or players.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results. Each game round is an independent event. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, plusph11 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund stakes. plusph11's determination of the correct game outcome in the event of a dispute is final.

All content on the plusph11 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, layout, design, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of plusph11 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of platform content without the prior written consent of plusph11 is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusph11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; interruption of service; or third-party conduct.
plusph11's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit plusph11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by plusph11 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the plusph11 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) requirements.
plusph11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, plusph11 will provide notice via the platform website or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
